Apache Struts is a web framework, the same way that Symfony or Smarty is a PHP web framework. Apache Struts 2 is the latest release of that framework. A Struts plug-in is how third party developers add functionality to that framework. It should be noted that it is possible to use the controller from a normal Java Server Pages application and I will demonstrate that in the future.

Nice one! So all you need is the Open Flash Chart to show the data and the Java plugin to pass your data to Open Flash Chart.

There is also a Java library in the download file. This is NOT struts, so it should work for all other Java systems (I think).
